Experience
Six roles, presented for review: scope and mandate on the left, outcomes and artifacts on the right, with live links wherever the work is public.
Joining a precision manufacturer as its first in-house marketer, I own the entire function: brand, website, SEO, CRM, content and paid oversight.
The site metadata, page architecture and daily content program are my work, live in production today.
Brand Manager for a designer-led wearable-art studio. End-to-end identity, creator partnerships and channel spend across 21 months.
The outcome is rare in marketing: publicly auditable from any phone, in ten seconds.
Local SEO and paid media for a four-brand outpatient network: Meta Addiction Treatment, Pioneer, Luna and Pillars, whose own brands competed in the same towns.
The geo landing-page architecture I built remains live and indexed, two years after I left.
Marketing and operations analytics for an international nonprofit. I joined one month before COVID suspended every in-person program it ran.
Analytics stopped being reporting and became navigation.
SEO, paid coordination and lifecycle email for a $1.5-trillion retirement institution, where every word passes compliance review before it ships.
First job: building multi-platform B2B social for one of India’s largest global IT firms, tied to pipeline, not vanity, from day one.
Portfolio
The measurable highlights of nine years, one tile per engagement. Verified figures are publicly checkable; Attested figures are my own measurement, with the method stated in the relevant case study.

The season’s anchor campaign at The Boston Artistry. I built the offer architecture (tiered early-bird discounts up to $400 off), a 5-day themed curriculum worth talking about, and a launch carousel that led with proof instead of promises.
The caption did the selling: “two weeks are already sold out.” Urgency you cannot fake, published February 17, months before season start.
Four brand voices in a category where tone affects audience safety and platform compliance. Two current examples from @metaaddictiontreatment, where the editorial framework remains in use:
The rulebook deciding which brand was allowed to win which search, so our own brands stopped bidding against each other.

Six judgment calls a stat line can’t capture, one from each place I’ve worked.
An engineer, a purchasing manager and a hobbyist read the same page and need three different arguments. I wrote the playbook that gives each one theirs, without splitting the brand.
The program screened local creators on audience overlap and engagement quality rather than follower count. Smaller partners, better rooms, and collaborations that actually converted to bookings.
Behavioral health runs on clinician referrals. I built campaigns aimed at referring providers and partner organizations. It is a second audience most social specialists never touch.
Donors in Boston and program participants in rural Gujarat want opposite things from the same organization. Segmenting them, then spending against each separately, moved performance more than any creative decision.
At a $1.5-trillion institution, every headline passes compliance. I learned to write the compliant version first, brief legal early, and keep campaigns on the calendar. Exactly what regulated employers hire for.
Mentored junior specialists on content strategy, social listening and performance tracking, then led a five-person creative team. The systems outlived my departure in both places.
About
I'm a full-stack marketer based in Boston, driving measurable business growth through paid media, CRM and analytics-driven marketing. Over nine years I've run brand and growth for a global IT firm, a $1.5-trillion financial institution, an international nonprofit, a four-brand healthcare network, a consumer studio, and today, a precision manufacturer, where I own the entire function.
Across paid media, SEO, GA4, social strategy and brand marketing, I've delivered a 40% increase in inquiries, a 35% rise in engagement and a 30% improvement in return on investment, each one documented, and flagged for how it was measured, in the case studies above.
My strength is integrating storytelling, audience insight and performance data into campaigns that produce tangible business results, the discipline of a marketer who started in computer science, not copywriting (B.Tech → MBA → MS Business Analytics → DBA in progress) and ships every brand decision with the measurement plan attached.
Education
The analytics isn’t a skill I picked up, it’s the spine of the whole education, engineering first.

How to read this site
Live follower counts, badges, pages in production, network structures - every Verified number has a public link, and two of them are one tap away on your phone.
Numbers from tools I ran, GA4, Meta Business Suite, BrightLocal - where the exports stayed with the employer. Each case study states metric, tool, window and baseline, and I’ll walk through any of them in an interview.
That’s also why the ACP role shows no percentages yet, I started in July 2026, and real numbers need a clean window. First honest read lands in October. How a marketer reports in month one is how they’ll report in month twelve. Ask me about any number ↓
Questions
The things people actually ask before a first conversation, answered plainly.
Senior marketing manager, marketing manager and director-level roles where one person is accountable for both the brand and the numbers behind it. He is a full-stack marketer: paid media, SEO, CRM and lifecycle email, plus the analytics to prove what worked. Nine years across six industries, based in Boston, MA, and open to remote or relocation.
Yes, and it is most of his career. He ran paid media and local SEO for a four-brand behavioral health network in a Google-gated, LegitScript-certified ad category, and he wrote and shipped financial product pages at TIAA where every word passed compliance review before it went live. Marketing inside healthcare and financial services rules is the normal condition for him, not an exception.
Google Ads and Meta for paid media; GA4, Tableau, Power BI and SQL for marketing analytics and attribution; HubSpot, Salesforce and Mailchimp for CRM and lifecycle email; Semrush and BrightLocal for SEO and multi-location local search. He builds the reporting as well as the campaigns.
Both, and that combination is the point. At The Boston Artistry he built the identity, the creator partnership programme and the content engine, and the outcome is publicly auditable: a Meta-verified brand with 14,238 followers. At ACP Waterjet he built an entire in-house marketing function in 90 days, brand through to reporting.
Yes. Alongside full-time senior marketing roles he takes consulting engagements, most often marketing analytics and GA4 measurement setups, paid media audits, and local SEO for multi-location businesses. The fastest way to start is the contact form on this page or an email to hello@nitinyadav.in.
Every figure is labelled. Verified means anyone can check it from a public source, such as a follower count or a live page. Attested means it is his own measurement, and the method, window and baseline are stated in the relevant case study. Nothing here is rounded up or borrowed from a team result.
What they say
“Nitin took our studio from a local secret to a brand people recognize. The identity, the content engine, the partnerships, he built all of it, and the verified badge and 14k community are still growing on the systems he left behind. He treats a small business’s money like his own.”
“Our category is the hardest place in marketing to get right, and Nitin ran four brand voices in it without a single misstep. Inquiries up forty percent, ad costs down a quarter, but what I remember is that every decision came with the data already attached.”
“Nitin joined one month before the world shut down, and became the person we steered by. His dashboards turned panic into decisions, and his testing discipline stretched every dollar of a nonprofit budget further than we thought possible.”
“We hired one marketer and got an entire department. Ninety days in, the brand, the website, the content engine and the reporting were all live - and for the first time, I see exactly what marketing is doing for us, every month, in one dashboard.”
“I managed Nitin in his first job, and you could already see the pattern: he refused to report a number he could not defend. He turned our social channels from a broadcast into a lead source, and taught the team to measure the difference.”
“Compliance-reviewed marketing breaks most young marketers; Nitin got faster inside the constraints. Organic traffic grew thirty percent on pages where legal approved every word, and he never once shipped around the process.”
