Why there are no percentages on this page
I started in July 2026. Publishing growth numbers against a few weeks of tenure is how marketers teach you to distrust their other numbers — so this page holds the mandate, the method and the work itself, all of which you can inspect. The first honest measurement window closes in October; the numbers arrive then, flagged like everything else on this site. How a marketer reports in month one tells you how they'll report in month twelve.
The one artifact you can check from your chair
Open acpwaterjet.com, view source, and read the metadata — it's my copy, in production:
Very few candidate portfolios can say "go view-source my work." Keyword strategy: state + service head terms, instant-pricing differentiator, speed promise — for a shop competing on turnaround.
The first 90 days
- Audit & baselines first — GA4, Search Console and CRM baselines locked before changing anything, so every later claim has a "compared to what."
- Brand system — guidelines, tone of voice and segment messaging (engineers ≠ purchasing managers ≠ hobbyists) for every channel.
- Website & SEO — rebuilt page architecture and metadata around the instant-quote funnel; the highest-friction step in industrial B2B is the quote wait, and the site now sells its absence.
- Content engine — daily LinkedIn + Meta calendar, with shop-floor photo and video capture coordinated around production runs.
- CRM & email — segmentation and a monthly campaign cadence.
- Reporting to ownership — ROI dashboards across web, email, paid and social; oversee the Google Ads agency relationship.
What success is defined as
The measures were set on day one: quote-request volume (the business outcome), organic traffic to service pages, keyword positions for the state + service head terms, and email engagement off a clean list. When the window closes, those numbers land here — flagged, with baselines — and this page graduates from mandate to results.
VerifiedRole scope, live site, metadata — inspectable in production at acpwaterjet.com.
AttestedProgram details — brand guidelines, calendar, dashboards are internal work product; shown in interviews, not published. No performance percentages will appear here until the first clean measurement window closes.
